Patterns & core boxes, required for Cylinder Head manufacturing has utmost importance. Pattern making activities are fully equipped with latest technologies. They are designed & developed with the help of CAD / CAM Softwares as well as with Reverse Engineering Technology.
  CAD / CAM
 
CAD :- We have standardized our activities on `Pro-Enngineer  & Delcam's Powershape' . These softwares assists in Moulding the components splitting it into appropriate splits & generating NC tool paths respectively.
CAM :- For CAM activities we relay on Delcam's `Power Mill' the CAM software Tooling designed in Pro-Engineer, power sahpe or scanned on Digitising Machine (CYCLONE),is the input for Power Mill. Here, we generate effective & optimised Nc tool paths & execute them on VMC to produce metallic paterns & core boxes.
